Shasta. It is a little bit of heaven where five pristine stone cabins await. Completely Furnished in classic vintage decor and antiques, each cabin is a relaxation paradise cooled by the surrounding trees and 100 year old stone masonry. All units are move-in-ready with full kitchen, utensils, and bathroom with lovely showers and/or tubs. Cozy living room areas are perfect for quiet reading and romantic evenings and each cabin has a wood burning stove to warm you after a day on the river. They are the perfect destination for flyfisherman looking for solitude and a blue ribbon fishery teeming with native rainbows. We provide professional guide services if you are new to the sport or just want to reduce the learning curve on the Upper Sac. Our guides have an intimate knowledge of the techniques that consistently catch fish on the river. Castle Stone Inn is also the home of the Buck Wild fly fishing School, it is geared towards the beginning as well as intermediate angler wanting to learn some specialized skills to add to their arsenal. We are patient, knowledgeable instuctors that take you from a relaxed classroom atmosphere, to streamside where you will use everything that you have learned to catch our beautiful native rainbows.
